Sorry, at the moment we do not offer a pick up service. But once we get a warehouse with easy customer access, this will be available.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been packed and sent out, you will receive a notification email. This will include your tracking number and link where you will be able to track your package!
Do you offer free shipping?
YES!! Yes we do! Across Australia wide we offer free standard shipping. Express Post is at the normal charge.
It seems that my order is delayed, help!!!!
As soon as your order has been packed and sent out, any delays caused by the delivery company are outside our control. Please do email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our magic and help out where we can. Shipping times are an estimation that are provided to us by the delivery companies, and this may vary depending on area you are located. Some countries may have their own custom charges or fees, it is the customers responsibility to be aware of, and to make payment to the appropriate bodies to receive their parcel, otherwise the parcel will likely be denied entry, and 'returned to sender' (RTS).
Whoops!!! I made a mistake, can I cancel my order?we understand that people make mistakes, we are human!! Quickly email email@example.com with your order number in the subject to the email. If the order has already been dispatched, it’s out of our control, however if it hasn’t left our office, a full refund back into your account will be made.
